Long stays (14+ nights): because these are harder to refill, a full refund requires 30 days notice. Between 14 and 29 days, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Under 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Changing your dates: you may move your booking once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 14 days before check-in and we have space on your new dates. Inside 14 days, we can only move you if your original dates get rebooked.

Shortening a stay: reducing the number of nights after booking is treated as a partial cancellation, and the refund tiers above apply to the nights removed. Note that dropping below 14 nights also removes the 5% long stay discount.

Leaving early: nights already booked are charged in full and are not refunded.
